iSE selected Aidem Digital CIC, a social enterprise itself, to create and develop a website for the iSE brand and on-line presence. The key objective was to make the site a powerful medium through which social enterprises could access useful information and find out more about who and what iSE are both as an organisation and support hub.
With iSE’s aim to create employment opportunities for people severely disadvantaged in the labour market by growing and sustaining social enterprises that create employment and provide benefit to some of many of the most disadvantaged communities, it was important for Aidem Digital to reflect this both in the design and functionality of the site.
Aidem Digital applied its Website Development Framework methodology to the project to help yield the outcome to meet the expectations and satisfaction of iSE. The methodology is a proven way of ensuring that website developments are done with the target audience and business objectives in mind without letting the project become a run-away project in terms of cost and time.
Aidem Digital produced the solution which needed to meet the requirements established and agreed after a very focused initial period of the project. “When developing for an organisation like iSE it is important to understand and translate the requirements from the vertical business perspective, and being a social enterprise ourselves, we understood the challenge,” said Indi Deol, MD of Aidem Digital.
